? Role Overview

The
Ad Success Representative
role combines
Account Management, Customer Success, and Ad Operations
within the digital advertising space.

You will act as the primary point of contact between client partners and internal Ad Operations teams, ensuring campaigns are executed successfully while delivering an excellent client experience.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build strong relationships through regular business reviews and strategic recommendations.

✅ Coordinate with Ad Operations to ensure campaigns are launched, monitored, and optimized efficiently.

✅ Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve results.





✅ Support
Direct IO, Programmatic, and Self-Serve advertising campaigns
while ensuring operational excellence.

✅ Collaborate with
Product, Marketing, and Engineering
teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

✅ Help develop standardized workflows and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

? Requirements

✔️ 3+ years of experience in
Customer Success, Account Management, Ad Operations, or a similar client-facing role

✔️ Experience with
Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, and customer support tools

✔️ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔️ Experience in
Digital Advertising / AdTech
is highly preferred

✔️
Professional proficiency in French is mandatory

✔️ Must be available to
