Experteer Overview
In this role you drive digital transformation programs for Google for Education in Spain, guiding cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to accelerate adoption of education technology. You will set program direction, define roadmaps, and manage risks in a fast-changing, regulatory-aware environment. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and PD to deliver scalable impact for schools and public sector institutions. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape how educators leverage technology to improve learning outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in business program management, project management, educational technology, or technology adoption initiatives
• Experience managing end-to-end program roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating with executive stakeholders
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently
