We are currently looking for a
Cloud Operations Specialist
to join our R&D; Department in Madrid. Reporting to the Cloud Operation Lead, in this position you will work alongside qualified, senior Cloud professionals to ensure reliability, availability and security of our Board platform.
Handling support requests from all over the world, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience on Azure Cloud and learn in an international environment the best practices to deliver excellence to our customers.
This role requires participation in a rotating shift and on-call schedule: one week every six weeks on the evening shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM CET), and one week every twelve weeks on call (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM CET).
We embrace flexibility through a hybrid working schedule, with 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home each week, fostering a balance of collaboration and productivity.
