Position Overview
Camiral Resort is seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven MICE & Sports Sales Executive to proactively generate new business opportunities and increase revenue across the resort's hotel, meeting, event, and sports training facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing corporate MICE business (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) as well as professional and amateur sports groups seeking high-quality accommodation, training facilities, wellness services, and event spaces. Acting as a business development specialist, the role requires a strong focus on prospecting, relationship management, account development, and conversion of sales opportunities within international and domestic markets.
This position is idóneo for a sales professional who combines strategic business development skills with a passion for hospitality, sports tourism, and luxury experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Proactively identify, target,



and secure new MICE and sports group business opportunities across key international and domestic markets.
Develop and implement sales action plans to achieve annual room night, revenue, and occupancy targets.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, industry events, trade shows, and direct outreach.
Conduct sales calls, virtual presentations, and face-to-face meetings with corporate clients, event agencies, sports clubs, federations, tour operators, and training camp organizers.
Generate group accommodation bookings for both the resort's 4-star and 5-star hotel offerings.
Promote the resort's meeting facilities, event spaces, sports infrastructure, golf facilities, wellness services, and food & beverage outlets as part of integrated group packages.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and commercial agreements in line with resort guidelines.
