Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success & Operations Manager at Bronze. The person in this role will serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant customers, guiding them through onboarding, training, and ongoing product adoption. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring customer performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, and proactively addressing issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention.



The role also involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to provide feedback, refine processes, and support deployment of new features. The Customer Success & Operations Manager will prepare reports, lead customer meetings, and help standardize best practices across the customer base in
both French and English.
