As Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market share and customer engagement across your territory. Acting as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences while positioning Hologic as the partner of choice.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets across the North Spain territory




- Developing and executing strategic territory plans to maximise business opportunities
- Identifying, prospecting and securing new customers while strengthening existing relationships
- Building strong partnerships with clinicians, hospital stakeholders and decision-makers
- Delivering compelling product presentations and communicating clinical and commercial value
- Understanding customer needs and proposing tailored solutions that drive improved outcomes
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management and CRM records
- Analysing market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Applications, Service and wider commercial teams
- Representing Hologic professionally at customer meetings, training events and industry congresses
