Job Summary.
To support our Customer success Operations department, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Ops & Translation Intern who can support day-to-day CS Operational activities, documentation updates, internal co-ordination, native Spanish and Portuguese speaker to support with translation tasks.

You will be translating content for an international hotel tech brand, everything from client communications, our tools, educational content and review translations for marketing blogs and materials to product and sales collateral.



This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in Operations, translation, editing, and cross-cultural communication while learning how to leverage AI technology in the translation process.

You need to be creative and demonstrate a strong ability to work with many internal stakeholders, form part of an agile team, and fully own the area of Spanish and Portuguese translation.

What You Will do
- Translate and format
- Client communications (notifications, Emails)
- Educational content for our Learning & Support Center
- Translate product and platform content
- Review and validate machine-translated content
- Verify translations against approved terminology and localisation glossaries
- Correct and maintain translated content using localisation tools such as Passolo
- Proofread and edit translated texts
- Ensure translation deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality st
