The Role

This is an end-to-end Business Development (BD) position within IT recruitment, where you take full ownership of the commercial process. It is a high-activity, phone-driven role that requires you to actively source prospects, manage corporate pipelines, and pitch technical recruitment solutions directly to senior leaders.
You are not just booking appointments; you are managing the entire 360-degree sales cycle from the initial cold outreach all the way through to final negotiation and close.
