and understand the challenges faced by restaurant owners, General Managers and operational teams.

THE ROLE

You'll manage and develop a portfolio of restaurant clients, helping them maximise the value they receive from the platform while building trusted, long-term relationships.

What you'll be doing:

✔ Building strong relationships with restaurant owners, General Managers and key decision-makers

✔ Conducting regular customer check-ins and account reviews

✔ Monitoring customer satisfaction, product usage and account health

✔ Identifying customers at risk of churn and proactively resolving issues

✔ Helping restaurants maximise product adoption and value

✔ Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account expansion

✔ Demonstrating additional products, features and solutions

✔ Working closely with Product, Support, Sales and Operations teams

✔ Contributing to customer retention, satisfaction and recurring revenue growth

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ 2–4+ years' experience in
Customer Success, Account Management, Client Retention or Commercial Account Management, or Restaurant Management/leadership experince.

✅ A background in
hospitality, particularly the
