GSC CX Data, Process & Solutions Director – Full-Time / Barcelona or Remote to Start

We are looking for a
GSC CX Data, Process & Solutions Director
to join a major international transformation programme at one of our multinational clients, specialised in chemicals.

This is a senior global role focused on transforming
Customer Experience through process standardisation, data, digital solutions and continuous improvement
across a complex multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global
CX process & digital transformation
initiatives
- Drive process standardisation, efficiency and best-practice adoption across BUs
- Define and implement the
CX data strategy
and solutions
- Drive adoption and optimisation of digital & technology solutions
- Influence senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, CX, Digital & Technology and the BUs
- Lead and develop teams in a global, matrix environment

Profile:
- 10+ years in




Customer Experience / Customer Service / Business Transformation
- Proven experience leading large-scale global transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of
process, data and digital transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in complex multinational / matrix organisations
- SAP / S4HANA or Supply Chain exposure is a strong plus
- Strategic, proactive and hands-on leadership style

Role:
- Contract: Permanent
- Initial engagement: Gracia101, with planned
internalisation with client wo after 6 months
- Location:
Barcelona / Remote initially
- Long-term:
Relocation to Barcelona required upon internalisation
- Scope: Integral
