Position Overview

The Aftersales Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the overall management of automotive spare parts supply chain operations, including warehouse management, transportation planning, distribution scheduling, inventory management, and third-party logistics (3PL) management.

The role will coordinate the end-to-end implementation of automotive spare parts warehousing and logistics operations, with a strong focus on
cost, efficiency, quality, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The position will ensure the efficient flow, storage, and timely delivery of vehicle and aftersales spare parts, supporting the stable and reliable operation of the spare parts supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics Operations
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) operations for automotive spare parts, including transportation planning and ensuring customer delivery requirements are met.
- Manage transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of spare parts.
- Manage the customs clearance process for spare parts.
- Ensure warehouse operational KPIs are achieved and that inbound and outbound spare parts operations meet required service levels and parts availability targets.
- Ensure the availability of spare parts by maintaining optimal inventory levels and placing orders in a timely manner.
- Manage warehouse storage processes, locations, and stock allocation to ensure efficient use of warehouse space and resources.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
