We are looking for an experienced
Product Owner
with a strong background in the
banking sector
, particularly within
Payments, Cards, or Payment Methods
products. The adecuado candidate will have extensive experience managing product roadmaps, stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-impact digital solutions in banking environments.

hybrid position based in Madrid
.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner managing digital products in complex environments.
- Proven experience within the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Payments, Cards, Payment Methods, or related payment processing solutions.
- Experience managing product backlogs and roadmaps using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence.




- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and operations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English.

- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment-related solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative banking products.
- Gather and prioritize requirements related to payment platforms, card solutions, and transactional services.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews within Agile teams.
