, a leading manufacturing of ice cream and food solutions, we are looking for a
Key Account Manager Co-Manufacturing
to support our international growth strategy and build long-term partnerships with general food customers.

Your mission:

You will manage and develop a portfolio of strategic co-manufacturing accounts while identifying new business opportunities and creating value-driven partnerships with some of the most relevant players in the food industry.

Key responsibilities:

✅ Manage strategic international accounts and develop new business opportunities, while building long-term customer relationships.

✅ Lead commercial negotiations with senior-level stakeholders.

✅ Coordinate new product development and industrialization projects across R&D;, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations.

✅ Drive revenue, margin and budget performance for assigned accounts.



Defining and tracking account performance objectives and KPIs, including volume, profitability, service levels, and customer satisfaction.

✅ Monitor market trends, competitors and commercial opportunities within the food and co-manufacturing sectors

✅ Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events and customer meetings worldwide.

What we're looking for:
- 5-10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development or similar commercial roles.
- Strong background in Co-Manufacturing, Private Label, FMCG or Food Industry.
- Proven experience negotiating with international customers.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a complex environment.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Commercial mindset, strategic thinking and strong relationship-building skills.
