Requirements:

* At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Spanish residence permit applications

* Experience with Digital Nomad residence permit applications

* Strong skills in handling Spanish residence permit documentation

* Personal experience in preparing and submitting documents for Spanish residence permits

* Experience in managing customer service

* Experience in building and optimizing processes

* Ability to work with analytics

* Systematic thinking and the ability to make quick decisions in critical situations

* Knowledge and monitoring of changes in Spanish immigration legislation related to obtaining residence permits

* Fluency in Russian

* Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing the client support department for obtaining Spanish residence permits.

* Organizing the full client journey:



from collecting documents for a residence permit to obtaining the final Spanish residence permit.

* Preparing an individual residence permit case for each client and their family members (depending on the case).

* Overseeing the preparation of the complete set of documents: forms, applications, translations, apostilles, and other required documents.

* Coordinating the submission of residence permit applications and further interaction with the relevant government and consular authorities.

* Monitoring application processing timelines, requests for additional documents, renewals, and changes in residence permit status.

* Liaising with Spanish immigration specialists, translators, and other external partners.

* Managing department employees: assigning clients and tasks, monitoring workload, deadlines, and the quality of Spanish residence permit support.
