We are looking for an experienced Principal Technical Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex Data Center and industrial projects. This role will act as the main technical point of contact for customers and key stakeholders, providing electrical technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and technically compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
- Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead technical decision-making and provide guidance to multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements, design solutions, and project execution.
- Support the resolution of complex technical challenges and critical issues.

Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Lead technical meetings, reviews, and workshops with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, communicated, and fulfilled.




- Provide technical expertise and recommendations to support project success.

Project Execution
- Oversee all technical aspects of the project from design through commissioning and handover.
- Review, validate, and approve key engineering deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule.
- Support testing, commissioning, and final customer acceptance activities.

Coordination & Governance
- Coordinate multidisciplinary and international engineering teams.
- Act as the interface between engineering, project management, procurement, construction, and customer teams.
- Lead technical risk assessments and support change management activities.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across all project stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrial Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience leading complex industrial or mission-
