The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to help us build the recruitment and workforce planning capability for the next stage of our growth.
Your mission is simple:
Ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both thinking and doing.
You will work closely with leadership to anticipate future staffing requirements, understand where capacity is genuinely needed and build recruitment pipelines accordingly.
But you will also remain directly involved in recruitment itself:
Sourcing. Approaching. Screening. Interviewing. Following up. Hiring.
We want someone who can build the system — while continuing to operate it.
What You Will Own
1. Proactive Recruitment
Our objective is to move from reactive recruitment to continuous talent acquisition.
You will personally recruit across very different profiles, including:
- Teachers and academic professionals
- Sales and admissions teams
- Operations and administrative staff
- Interns and junior talent
- Specialist and management positions
You understand that finding a great teacher is different from finding a salesperson, an intern or an operations professional.
