The candidate should have a strong understanding of the games, their mechanics, updates, tournaments, trends, memes, and community specifics. This is one of the key criteria in the candidate selection process.

- Constant monitoring of news, updates, tournaments, trends, memes, and relevant events in CS2, PUBG Mobile, and Standoff 2, with fast adaptation of these topics to the brand and its audience.
- Creating content based on a deep understanding of gaming culture, game mechanics, and the interests of gaming audiences.
- Monitoring gaming and iGaming trends and quickly adapting them to the brand.
