Role Description
The Records Entry Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating,



and maintaining financial records and transaction data in internal systems, ensuring completeness, consistency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and managing digital and physical documents, verifying data against source records, assisting with account reconciliation, and preparing reports or summaries for internal stakeholders. The role works closely with operations, finance, and compliance teams to support audits, respond to documentation requests, and improve record-keeping processes. The Records Entry Specialist is expected to follow established workflows, maintain strict confidentiality, and contribute to continuous improvement of data quality and documentation practices.
