ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll manage and administer the MXP property management system across our entire fleet, ensuring stability, accuracy and reliability that directly contributes to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- As the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for cruise applications, you'll provide guidance and technical support to both onboard and shore-based teams, becoming the go-to person for all things MXP.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical and functional issues within assigned applications is part of your daily routine, ensuring minimal disruption to onboard operations while maintaining data integrity.
- Working closely with business stakeholders and Delivery Managers, you'll gather requirements, test and implement new features and system enhancements that optimise how our teams use technology.
