As a Medical Affairs Senior Program Manager, you drive strategic medical initiatives that shape clinical practice and support healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate across global teams and translate scientific insights into actionable programs, ensuring quality and alignment with Medical Affairs standards. You’ll manage governance, timelines, and performance metrics to deliver evidence-based education and publications that advance Medtronic therapies. This role offers global collaboration, leadership exposure, and meaningful impact in healthcare.

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of Medical Affairs programs and strategic initiatives
• Translate scientific and business objectives into actionable project plans with Medical Affairs leaders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope
• Develop and maintain program timelines, risk plans, KPIs, and executive reporting
• Support evidence generation, scientific communication, and educational activities




• Facilitate governance processes and stakeholder alignment across global and regional teams
• Identify opportunities to enhance Medical Affairs processes, tools, and ways of working
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or related discipline
• Significant experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Education, Healthcare, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences environments
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with xqbhyrx multiple stakeholders
• Strong project and program management skills (planning, risk management, execution)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels
• Proficiency in developing and tracking KPIs and reporting to leadership
• Willingness to travel internationally (u003e60%)
• Individual Contributor role experience
