In this role you support the VAT compliance function within the Barcelona region, driving accurate tax data handling and timely reporting. You work with the Indirect Tax Team to maintain robust databases and streamlined workflows, ensuring proper archiving for audits and smooth interactions with tax authorities. You will contribute to continuous improvement of VAT processes and internal controls. This position offers impact in a global company with a strong data and analytics focus, located in Barcelona.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Execute daily VAT and Intrastat reporting tasks (data extraction, formatting, submission)
• Maintain accurate tax data and efficient administrative workflows for CI mindset




• Support internal controls through proper archiving of tax returns and documentation for audits
• Assist in preparing periodic tax declarations and handle tax authority notifications

Responsabilidades
• Vocational Training (FP) or Bachelor in Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
• Fluent English mandatory; other European languages a plus
• MS Office with advanced Excel for data handling
• SAP knowledge highly valued
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines
• Persistent, resilient, loyal, team player
