As Strategy Associate, you will help scale Factorial’s Strategy team in the Spanish market by designing scalable processes and driving strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives and track impact for leadership. The role blends analytics, partner development, and market expansion to accelerate growth across Europe. You will work in a fast-growing environment that values collaboration and proactive problem-solving.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Develop AI-enabled ideas and Go-To-Market actions with partners to move the needle
• Own partner reporting to the management team to enable visibility and initiate new initiatives
• Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams for effective implementation
• Set up and maintain tracking systems to monitor business performance and inform decisions
• Identify new strategic partnerships outside Spain




• Replicate Spanish success cases to other markets
Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years experience in Strategy Consulting / Investment Banking / Startup / VC
• Strong interest in tech scale-ups and SaaS business models
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyze and interpret data
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to meet deadlines under shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage stakeholders

• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• French, German or Italian is a nice to have
