In this role you drive Study Leadership excellence across general trials, translating strategy into scalable standards and practical guidance. You’ll partner with the CTE Lead to improve governance, trial delivery, and inspection readiness, while embedding quality by design and leveraging digital/AI-enabled tools. You will shape cross-functional execution, deliver training and dashboards, and foster continuous improvement within a mission-driven, collaborative clinical development organization.

• Develop and enhance guidance, playbooks, tools, and best practices for stronger trial leadership
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve trial execution quality, consistency, agility, and oversight
• Partner with Study Leaders to strengthen governance, decision-making, and inspection readiness
• Create metrics, dashboards, and insights to measure Study Leadership performance
• Design and deliver training, communications, and communities of practice for capability development
• Promote quality by design,



proactive risk management, and TMF documentation excellence
• Evaluate industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements
• Coordinate workshops, leadership forums, and strategic communications for alignment and adoption
• Leverage digital tools, analytics, Copilot, and AI solutions to enhance trial delivery outcomes
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related scientific discipline
• Minimum five years in clinical operations, clinical research, or clinical trial management
• Experience leading or matrix-leading cross-functional xqbhyrx teams or complex trial delivery activities
• Strong understanding of drug development, clinical trial execution, and GCP requirements
• Proven ability to drive operational improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
• Successful track record translating strategic objectives into measurable plans and adoption strategies
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills in global matrix environments
• Experience using clinical systems, data analytics, dashboards, digital tools, or AI-enabled solutions
