In this role you shape and promote Revolut Merchant Acquiring products to global businesses. You will work with cross-functional teams to craft compelling value propositions and GTM plans, while tracking adoption and optimizing growth. You’ll translate customer needs and market insights into campaigns that build trust and showcase Revolut’s payment solutions. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own and develop the value proposition for merchant acquiring products based on research and product knowledge
• Extract actionable insights from data to inform Product and Marketing decisions
• Maintain channel strategy to target current and prospective customers across markets
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies, including audience targeting,



value propositions, and PR planning
• Monitor product adoption, usage, and satisfaction to identify blockers and optimize growth
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships to launch features and campaigns
• Support integral scaling by collaborating with regional Marketing and Communications teams
Responsabilidades
• Experience in B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of fintech or payments xqbhyrx markets and competitive landscape
• Ability to set strategic direction and manage complex GTM campaigns with cross-functional input
• Understanding of digital and offline activation channels for in-product, performance, and organic campaigns
• Ability to analyze data and distill insights for campaign strategy and product development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for an international, diverse environment
