forward-thinking IT Support Engineer I based in Valencia to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within our integral IT Operations team.
In this role, you will be the face of IT for our vibrant Valencia Hub , providing high-touch technical support and ensuring a smooth digital workplace for all employees. Operating as a crucial link between local support needs and global IT infrastructure, you will troubleshoot daily operational issues, document common fixes, and contribute to ongoing automation and self-service initiatives.
You will balance hands-on technical troubleshooting and core SaaS administration with physical asset lifecycle management, ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding, immaculate data integrity, and strict compliance alignment.
