As a Payroll Specialist on our Global Finance team, you will report directly to the Regional Payroll Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate,



and compliant payroll operations across our global footprints (Americas, EMEA, and APAC).
you will partner with HR and Finance, leverage modern cloud systems, and help us scale our internal controls in a fast-paced, high-growth FinTech environment.
General Payroll Execution: Prepare and process multi-region semi-monthly and monthly payrolls, collaborating closely with external regional payroll providers.
Cross-Functional Data Alignment: Partner with People Operations (HR) and Finance to ensure 100% accuracy in employee data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, variable compensation, and equity updates.
Equity & Tax Compliance: Accurately record stock-based compensation activity in employee pay profiles and ensure timely tax withholdings and remittances to local authorities.
Audits & Internal Controls: Support annual statutory audits, internal compliance, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) testing by maintaining clear documen
