In this role you enable Allianz Technology to lead and optimize IT services for Allianz operating entities. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage financials and governance, and drive customer-focused delivery. You’ll work across a matrix organization to align planning, contracts, and SLAs with business needs. This position offers exposure to strategic IT service management, billing governance, and cross-functional collaboration in a global tech environment. You will help shape the customer experience and ensure value delivery in a dynamic IT landscape.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Prepare and lead quarterly account meetings with customer stakeholders (COO, CIO); steer topics and ensure follow-up
• Conduct regular financial reviews and manage disputes, including contractual topics and escalations
• Deliver customer communication on planning, service introductions, and onboarding of tools and processes
• Oversee contract changes, annual IT service orders, and sign-offs; review governance meetings and SLA/price updates
• Track overdue receivables,



coordinate with Cash Collection for monthly payments and reconciliation
• Lead revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting; coordinate annual planning with customers and Allianz Technology
• Evaluate customer demands for funding and ensure charging governance alongside planning inputs
Responsabilidades
• Relevant university degree with 5-6 years of experience in a matrix environment
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional European language is a plus
• Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset
• Solid data analytical skills; proactive, solution-oriented, independent
• xqbhyrx Team player with strong collaboration abilities
• Experience in client/account management is a plus
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is advantageous
• Financial background in controlling/accounting is a plus
• Passion for learning and growth in IT culture
