In this role you will act as a trusted Workday advisor, helping customers maximize value from their Workday investments. You’ll work on post-go-live enablement, deliver targeted micro consulting, and demonstrate Workday features to drive adoption. You’ll combine technical integration know-how with clear, customer-focused communication to resolve questions and guide configuration. This position blends hands-on problem solving with engaging customer training and presentations, within a collaborative, growth-oriented team.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
• Deliver small-scope consulting including configuration guidance and demonstrations
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
• Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)




• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) and stay informed on Workday roadmap
• Contribute to new programs to drive customer feature adoption
• Support additional Customer Enablement services (Office Hours, config reviews, and deployment of features)
• Travel up to 20%
Responsabilidades
• 5-7+ years of experience with HCM and Finance systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
• 3+ years of software consulting experience
• 3+ years of IT implementation experience
• Experience with Workday Cloud Connect for HCM and Financials, and Workday Studio for HCM/Financials
• Proficiency with REST u0026 SOAP web xqbhyrx services, JSON, XML, and XSLT
• English fluency and another language (French, Spanish, Italian or German)
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in Integrations, Studio
• Experience with middleware systems
• Ability to learn Workday concepts quickly and present complex topics clearly
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
