In this leadership role, you will steer the global medical strategy for immune-mediated therapies, spanning development to market. You will drive high-impact evidence generation and engage with external experts to influence treatment paradigms. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to support regulatory, access, and launch strategies while upholding stringent medical governance. This position offers strategic impact at scale within a pioneering immunology portfolio and a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

• Lead and execute the global medical strategy
• Design and oversee evidence generation plans (real-world evidence, registries, IITs, post-marketing studies)
• Drive scientific engagement with external experts, investigators, patient advocacy groups, and scientific societies
• Provide medical leadership for major congresses, advisory boards, and publication activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to inform clinical development, regulatory, access and launch strategies




• Monitor emerging scientific data and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks
• Represent Global Medical Affairs in governance forums and contribute to strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliant communication of scientific evidence and maintain high medical governance standards
• Act as SME in cell and gene therapies and evolving autoimmune disease treatment approaches
Responsabilidades
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree such as MD or equivalent; medical degree preferred
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare with increasing xqbhyrx scientific responsibility
• Proven expertise in immunology or autoimmune diseases
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a global matrix
• Experience in scientific engagement, evidence generation and strategic medical planning
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, ethical and compliance requirements in medical affairs
