As a Technical Integration Consultant, you guide partners through technical integration with Expedia Rapid API, translating complex concepts into practical solutions. You’ll lead workshops, advise on design and testing, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize partner value. This role combines hands-on technical work with strong communication to drive successful launches and ongoing growth. You’ll work across regions and time zones to support partner integrations and pre-sales activities, making travel experiences smoother for customers worldwide.

• Advise on design, implementation, testing, and operation of Expedia Rapid API integrations
• Explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Document and share integration best practices with partners and internal teams
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues, identify root causes, and propose scalable solutions
• Collaborate with Level 1/2 Support on escalations with strategic partners
• Support partners across the European region and multiple integrations/time zones
• Participate in pre-sales activities with Sales and Business Development to shape technical solutions
• Identify opportunities for new products, capabilities, and partner growth with BD and AM




• Perform QA and validation testing on partner API implementations before launch
• Manage multiple projects and maintain clear communication and momentum
• Capture partner feedback to improve documentation, tooling, and partner experience

Responsabilidades
• At least two years of experience in Technical Consultancy or Technical Account Management
• Hands-on experience with multiple programming or scripting languages, including SQL
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, web services, and database schemas
• Understanding of web, mobile, and high-volume e-commerce architectures
• Experience diagnosing technical issues using logs, API responses, monitoring tools, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver practical, high-quality solutions with limited supervision
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect technical decisions to outcomes
• Creative, structured problem-solving approach
• Ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Bias toward action and proactive improvement
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel up to 10% per year
