Experteer Overview
As a core member of the Clinical Trial Team, you will oversee vendor operations at the study level across global trials, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timelines and quality. You will act as the primary liaison for vendor service performance and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to manage start‑up, activation and lifecycle risks. Your remit includes reviewing protocol inputs for vendors, supervising budgets and invoices, and leading UAT for vendor systems to support compliant study execution. This hybrid role offers integral locations and a chance to shape vendor strategy in a patient‑centred development program.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Single point of contact for vendor service delivery at the study level
• Provide end-to-end oversight of vendor deliverables (eCOA, central labs, IRT, cardiac, PRu0026R)
• Review vendor-related protocol sections and coordinate with Vendor Start-up Manager
• Oversee vendor financials: budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, PO management and close-out
• Ensure key vendor deliverables and documentation exist for study start-up
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for vendor systems




• Drive site activation from a vendor perspective and manage associated risks/issues
• Manage vendor performance, risks, and issue resolution with mitigation plans

Responsabilidades
• Significant industry experience with clinical operations and vendor management (ideally 5+ years)
• Strong understanding of GxP and ICH regulations
• Solid knowledge of clinical trial design and alignment to supplier requirements
• Experience conducting UAT for eCOA and IRT systems
• Proven expertise in vendor management, outsourcing, contracting, and sourcing clinical services
• Results-oriented with a track record of delivering projects on time
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments
• Strong influencing, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
