Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive the integrity and effectiveness of customer master data across the EMEA region to support accurate orders and compliant processes. You will partner with Sales, Service, Finance and Data Governance to enforce standards, steer data quality initiatives, and coach regional stewards. You’ll work with SAP S/4HANA MDG-C and CRM workflows to ensure clean, deduplicated customer data and transparent quality KPIs. This is a cross-functional, regional impact role in a global, governance-driven environment.

• Own and monitor regional customer master data quality for the NPE division
• Enforce group and divisional data standards, policies, and governance rules
• Lead deduplication, merging, obsoletion, and cleansing activities
• Support and coach local data stewards and build a regional steward community
• Act as escalation point for complex master data cases (duplicates, hierarchies)
• Support SAP S/4HANA (MDG-C) and CRM operations ensuring data workflows compliance
• Assist Transform360 data readiness including quality monitoring and validation
• Provide transparency on data quality KPIs, risks, and improvement progress
• Test data-related changes in CRM/MDG,



raise defects, and feed back to central teams
• Document procedures and SOPs for regional execution and keep them current
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance and Data Governance to unblock requests and ensure order-to-cash accuracy

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Master Data Management, preferably customer master data
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Customer Master and MDG-C
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Sales u0026 Service Cloud
• Experience in a B2B, industrial, or project-based environment is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work across functions, teams, and regions
• Structured, detail-oriented mindset with the confidence to enforce standards in a matrix organization
• Fluent in English
