As Senior Manager, Health Equity, you will lead and implement AstraZeneca's health equity strategy, developing multi-partner programmes aligned with disease priorities to reduce healthcare gaps. You will collaborate with global and local teams to deliver measurable patient impact, with a focus on lung health and access to care across diverse geographies. The role combines policy insight, partnership management, and programme delivery to advance equitable health outcomes. You will work with corporate affairs, policy, and external stakeholders to elevate health equity initiatives and drive evidence-based change.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Support implementation of health equity programmes across disease area priorities, starting with lung health, in collaboration with global and local partners
• Manage internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of activities
• Coordinate external expert consultations with patient advocacy and clinical leaders, ensuring compliant engagement with Legal and country teams




• Support development of global policy evidence frameworks and enable country adoption of outcome-focused equity metrics
• Support elevation of programmes through coordinated multi-channel communications with Global Corporate Affairs
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sector focused on reducing health disparities and access to care
• Experience delivering multi-partner, multi-year projects across diverse markets with demonstrable patient impact
• Understanding xqbhyrx of diverse healthcare systems and policy change at country level
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, market access, and policy development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze complex data to inform programme development
• Experience delivering executive-level presentations
• International experience across geographic and cultural boundaries
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial attitude and ability to manage budgets and external agencies
