In this role, you own Factorial’s paid acquisition in France, shaping the strategy and execution across major paid platforms to drive revenue growth. You’ll manage a seven-figure budget with autonomy to scale, collaborating with Sales, Revenue, and CRO/Content teams to optimize conversions and pipeline quality. Your data-driven approach will translate marketing spend into closed deals and recurring revenue, while exploring new platforms for France’s B2B landscape. This is a high-ownership role focused on measurable impact and market leadership in France.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own end-to-end management of Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms for the French market
• Optimize a seven-figure annual budget to maximize cost per deal reduction and MRR impact in France
• Collaborate with the French Sales Development team to improve lead quality and full-funnel conversion rates
• Lead a test-and-learn roadmap for bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad formats tailored to the French audience




• Partner with CRO and Content teams to optimize landing pages and creative assets for higher conversion in France
• Use data to report how marketing spend translates into closed-won deals and recurring revenue in the French market
• Identify and test new platforms and growth opportunities specific to the French B2B landscape
• Manage the performance tech stack to ensure clean attribution and data-driven decisions
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of performance marketing experience (preferably SaaS, B2B, and lead-generation environments)
• Advanced mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4
• Proven track record managing seven-figure annual xqbhyrx budgets with a focus on revenue efficiency
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable growth plans
• Hands-on experience with ad copywriting and strong creative performance sense
• Self-driven team player with experience collaborating across international teams and time zones
• Native or bilingual fluency in French and professional fluency in English
