Do you have a C2 (native or bilingual level) of Italian? Would you like to work in one of the most prestigious companies in the financial sector? Then this interests youYour mission will be to provide customer service in the Italian and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.

Requirements:

Required languages:Italian (C2 - native or bilingual) and English Advanced (minimum C1).No Spanish required.
Required experience:Experience in customer service.
Others requirements:Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.

What do we offer you?

Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
Full time 39 hours/week.
Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.
Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome (One week working onsite at our Monday Río office. One week working remotely from home).
Salary according to the Customer Service Representative category + language allowance.
