Thomson Reuters is hiring a motivated and commercially minded legal counsel, based in Barcelona, to support Reuters' global business. This role will partner closely with Go-to-Market, Finance, Product and other Reuters business functions to support Reuters' business objectives. The position will be based in Barcelona, Spain. It is a hybrid role split between office and remote work in accordance with the Company's Adaptable Work Policy (3 days in office, 2 remote). The role will support Reuters business globally and is an exciting opportunity to support a growing global news business in this growing and key location.About the RoleIn this opportunity as Senior Legal Counsel you will:ResponsibilitiesReview, structure and negotiate commercial agreements based on the operational needs of the business (e.g., sales, product, technology, finance, content licensing partnership, events, SaaS,
