Experteer Overview
As part of the Discovery and Translational Science Consulting team, you will apply bioinformatics and data science to biomedical research across our LSu0026amp;H portfolio. You will work with cross-functional teams to extract insights from multi-omics datasets and develop predictive models for disease progression and drug response. The role combines modeling, data integration, and knowledge-graph-driven analysis to support target discovery and translational medicine. You will mentor colleagues and drive innovation in client projects, leveraging Clarivate content and partnerships.

• Analyze large-scale biological, clinical, and multi-omics datasets to extract insights
• Develop predictive models for disease progression, drug response, and patient stratification
• Design scalable, reproducible workflows for data processing and model deployment using Python, R, and cloud platforms
• Integrate structured and unstructured data sources for multi-modal analysis
• Build NLP pipelines for entity recognition, ontology mapping, literature mining, and hypothesis generation




• Construct and analyze knowledge graphs using graph representation learning (e.g., GNNs)
• Create interactive visualizations and reports to share findings with clients and teammates
• Provide technical leadership: mentor teammates, establish best practices, drive project-level innovation

Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science
• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Data Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, AI/ML, or related field
• Proven experience applying advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI in Life Sciences
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or R
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), NLP libraries (Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy), knowledge graphs (Neo4J, Amazon Neptune) and biomedical ontologies
