As a Bid & Presales Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Consulting, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Delivery, Finance and Legal) to shape client opportunities and prepare high-quality proposals across the Pharma and MedTech value chain.
You will contribute to opportunities related to Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA), CRO services, regulatory affairs, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, digital transformation and technology implementation.
Your missions
Opportunity shaping and sales support
- Support Sales and Account teams during client meetings, discovery sessions and opportunity qualification discussions.
- Analyse client requirements, business challenges, procurement documents and evaluation criteria.
- Help assess bid feasibility, risks,



resource requirements and expected timelines.
- Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions and define the response strategy for each opportunity.
- Work with subject-matter experts to identify the right capabilities, case studies and delivery approach.
- Prepare client presentations, workshops, solution documents and supporting materials.

Bid and proposal management
- Lead the preparation of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders and other client consultations.
- Build bid plans, response schedules, review calendars and internal approval processes.
- Coordinate contributions from Sales, Life Sciences consultants & technical experts, Delivery, Finance, Procurement and Legal.
- Maintain compliance matrices, action trackers, assumptions and clarification logs.
- Ensure consistency between client requirements, proposed solution, delivery model, team structure and commercial response.
