As a CoE Supply Planning Manager at Amcor, you own the BU supply planning cycle within AFEMEA, balancing demand with supply across the network. You will coach site planning teams, standardize planning practices, and steward master data to enable reliable visibility. You lead cross-functional collaboration with sites, BI, IT and business partners to drive service, cost and inventory outcomes. This role offers shaping planning methods across multiple sites and advancing analytics and AI-enabled planning.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage the BU supply planning cycle including Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, master scheduling, and supply-demand balance
• Facilitate the Supply Review and provide input to BU Su0026OP with cost, service and inventory trade-offs
• Drive adoption of AFEMEA Planning Playbooks across sites and coach planners on planning standards
• Steward planning master data (capacity models, calendars, lead times, lot sizes) and define data requirements
• Coordinate with CoE Demand Planning, BI/IT and site planners to ensure data quality and unified planning visibility
• Contribute to planning system implementations (e.g., SAP IBP)



and continuous improvement
• Support cross-BU reviews and connect demand with supply across sites and product families
• Document standard work and train planners; apply CI methods in daily activities
• Escalate constraints and propose mitigation strategies (allocations, sourcing, safety stock)
• Prepare and facilitate planning processes to align production, distribution and procurement

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (supply chain, engineering, business)
• 5-8+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in international B2B or FMCG
• Experience in a large organization with site-facing planning (scheduling or plant supply)
• Experience presenting to Directors and VPs; strong stakeholder management
• Proficient in planning tools and data analysis; SAP IBP or similar experience preferred
• Strong Excel and BI tools experience; knowledge of AI/optimization as capability matures
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus
