:Advanced degree in Nutraceuticals, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
:Minimum of 10 years of experience in nutraceutical actives or related markets
:Proven track record of P and L leadership and executing global business strategies
:Strong global network and deep understanding of nutraceutical markets
:Excellent communication and negotiation skills across senior stakeholders
:Demonstrated ability to lead cross:functional teams in a global environment
:Strong analytical and data:driven decision:making capabilities
