Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SCCM (MECM) Operating System Deployment (OSD) solutions. Create and manage SCCM Task Sequences for new deployments, refreshes, and migration projects. Build and maintain WinPE Boot Images and enterprise Windows reference images. Package, deploy, and manage hardware drivers for HP, Lenovo, and other OEM devices. Develop PowerShell automation to streamline deployment and imaging activities. Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise deployment projects. Configure and maintain Distribution Points, Boundary Groups, and Content Management. Troubleshoot complex imaging, deployment, driver, and application installation issues. Analyse deployment logs including SMSTS.log, DISM logs, and Windows setup logs. Support MDT to SCCM migration initiatives. Perform BIOS configuration and firmware deployment for enterprise devices. Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Workplace Services teams. Provide Level 3 support for critical endpoint deployment incidents.
