The HR Business Partner will provide HR business partnering support to World Courier’s EMEA region. The role acts as a key connection point between the business and HR, supporting leaders in the delivery of people plans, HR processes, organizational effectiveness activities and employee-related initiatives aligned to business needs.
- Working as an individual contributor within the HR Business Partnering team, the HRBP will build a strong understanding of the supported countries and leadership, their priorities and operating model. The role will support leaders with practical, proactive and people-focused HR solutions,



while partnering with Centres of Expertise and HR Operations to ensure effective delivery of global HR programs and processes.
- The role requires strong stakeholder management, sound HR judgement and the ability to work in a global, matrixed environment. It will support activities such as talent management, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational change, employee relations coordination and implementation of enterprise-led people initiatives.
