About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Regional Business Analyst to support the growth and profitability of our Aroma Molecules business across the EAME region.

In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Regional VP Sales and the commercial organization, providing market intelligence, demand validation,



forecasting insights, and commercial analytics. You will transform complex market and business data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decisions, improve forecast accuracy, and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain regional market intelligence dashboards and analytical tools.
- Monitor market trends, customer demand patterns, competitive activities, and pricing developments.
- Validate commercial demand assumptions across customers, products, and market segments.
- Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities, risks, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Support forecasting and demand planning activities through data-driven insights.
