When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work As a Human Resources Coordinator, you’re not just providing support to HR department managers - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Provide exceptional front office support:Welcome and assist guests, applicants, and team members with prompt, professional, and courteous service
- Support daily office operations:Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to support HR department operations
- Coordinate travel arrangements:Organize and manage bookings for HR department managers
- Support special projects:Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments

What It Takes to Make the Stay

- 1 or 2 years of experience in HR departments is required. Previous experience in the hospitality sector will be highly valued.
- Foundational knowledge of Spanish labor laws.
- Previous experience in recruiting and selecting hospitality professionals.
- Knowledge of payroll processes. Knowledge of A3NOM software will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of employee hiring administrative processes in compliance with Spanish labor law requirements.
- Experience in the use and management of Human Resources software.
- High level of English (B2-C1)
- Knowledge in organizing initiatives aligned with Corporate Social Responsibility objectives.
- Interested in employee recognition and well-being initiatives.Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and teamwork skills.
