About the team:
The P&C; Technology Transformation team is Celonis' intelligence layer for the P&C; function, the glue between HR Processes and Technology. We own, evolve, and connect the P&C; tech stack, driving automation, AI adoption, and seamless Celonaut experiences across 18 countries and the full Celonaut lifecycle. Our stack includes Workday, Greenhouse, Make, Jira, UKG, and an expanding set of AI and automation tooling.

The Role:
This is a brand new role on the team,



created to meet a strategic need that doesn't yet have an owner: turning our AI and automation ambitions into People & Culture curated production-ready solutions.

You'll be the primary builder of AI-powered workflows, agentic automations, and system integrations across our P&C; tech ecosystem. You'll work hands-on with tools like Make, Claude and Workday. Designing and delivering solutions that meaningfully reduce manual effort and improve the Celonaut experience.
