A Typical Day
- Lead the deployment of strategic commercial transformation programs across Europe, including both digital and non-digital initiatives.
- Partner with regional leadership, country organizations, and global stakeholders to drive alignment and successful execution of transformation priorities.
- Define implementation roadmaps, establish success measures, and monitor progress against business objectives.
- Collaborate with local teams across Europe to identify opportunities for improving commercial effectiveness, customer engagement, and sales force performance.
- Travel regularly alongside field sales teams to gather insights from customers and frontline associates, ensuring initiatives remain relevant and impactful.
