We’re looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by carrying out administrative tasks. You could be part of the team. What will your day-to-day look like?
- You’ll support the different administrative tasks that may arise daily at your work center
- Data entry
- Providing in-person support at reception
- Ensuring compliance with all internal company rules and procedures




- Working as part of a team with colleagues at your center to achieve company objectives
- In short: you’re proactive and organized, and you know how to make a difference in your area

What do we expect from you?
- Required qualification: High school diploma or vocational training (mid or higher level). A completed or ongoing university degree is a plus
- A proactive attitude and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate level of English will be value
- Basic computer skills (user level)
- Previous experience in a similar position will be valued
