RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate willactively integrate into the team and collaborate on all types of advisorymatters in this area: providing advice, preparing reports, participating inadministrative proceedings and judicial reviews, and handling due diligence andcorporate acquisitions involving or applying public law and regulationsgoverning economic activities.He or she will work incoordination with other associates specializing in public law and otherareas of law, and will report directly to the lead counsel for each matter.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Strong academic credentials.1–3 years of prior experience in public law.High level of English (minimum Advanced level).
