Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive the transformation of the operational model within Swiss Re’s Credit u0026amp; Surety line. You collaborate across the Credit business value chain to identify improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation. You’ll focus on boosting process efficiency, technology uptake, and sustainable performance while aligning with strategic targets. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position that combines process optimization with IT enablement in a global, diverse team.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Credit value chain to understand business needs and challenges
• Analyze efficiency and effectiveness of units, processes and tools; propose solutions (including workflows and AI-enablement)
• Manage delivery of initiatives from concept to implementation with focus on process improvements and IT enablement
• Analyze data and metrics to monitor performance and sustain improvements




• Act as subject matter expert on operational best practices within the Credit business

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in process optimization, operational excellence, digitization and operating model design
• Experience in the Credit line of business or similar context, in a business or operations role with focus on process improvement
• Ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge and continually seek improvement opportunities
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills to identify opportunities and propose solutions
• Ability to work across different regions, cultures and time zones
