EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a large-scale international manufacturing organisation to recruit a Supply Chain Manager for its Barcelona operation.

This is a key leadership role with responsibility for end-to-end Supply Chain, leading a team of approximately 5 to 6 people. The primary focus will be Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Production Planning, ensuring demand, capacity, materials and inventory are effectively aligned.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Supply, Demand and Production Planning.
- Drive S&OP;, capacity planning and inventory optimisation.
- Ensure strong customer service and OTIF performance.
- Manage supplier performance and support procurement activities.
- Lead and develop the Supply Chain team.




- Drive continuous improvement across Supply Chain operations.
- Partner closely with manufacturing and wider business functions.
- 5+ years' Supply Chain experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food & beverage.
- Strong planning experience is essential.
- Experience with S&OP;, inventory and material planning.
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment.
- ERP/MRP knowledge and strong Excel skills.
- Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working close to the operation.
